Apple Pie with Crumb Topping

The true American classic made 100% from scratch. This is our Apple Pie with Crumb Topping; we try to use locally sourced apples whenever possible and then peel, core and slice them to the perfect thickness. We typically use a few different types of apples to create a combination that is a great balance between sweet and tart. After the apples have been prepared we coat them in our special cinnamon and sugar mixture, we then make the crust, roll it out, put it in a disposable aluminum pan then fill the crust with our in-house mixture. Of course we can't just stop there, we then create a crumb topping from scratch and coat the top with a generous amount that turns the top a little crispy. This amazing pairings of flavors will leave you and your family begging for a second piece so make sure you order enough for everyone.
