Product Description
Our Fresh Strawberry Cake is made from scratch using an old family recipe that can't be matched by anybody else in St. Louis. We never use any premixed cake batter from a bag or box, everything is baked from scratch and that's how it's been since we first opened.
We bake the vanilla cake with hand-cut bits of real strawberries inside of the batter as well as the juices from the strawberries. This makes the cake extra moist with an explosion of strawberry flavor. After we bake the cake we cover it in elegant & succulent buttercream frosting that is a perfect mix and we add locally sourced strawberry halves as well. You can even drizzle chocolate over the top for you, for just a little bit more. The choices are limitless and tasty.
