Our Carrot Cupcakes are fresh baked when you order them and are made from scratch. Each carrot that is baked in the cupcakes are hand peeled right before baking to make sure the carrot strips do not dry out. After topping these with fresh creme cheese frosting, they're dashed with a little bit of orange zest to give them a little kick. With each order you can choose what type of filling and what size cupcakes you would like.
